WHAT IS NATURAL HEALING?
The definition for natural healing is the body's own ability to heal itself.
Natural healing is what it means the natural way to get back to health. You can do this in many different forms. Such as natural healing oils that are used in aromatherapy. Reiki and other complementary therapy treatments. Herbal supplements say like ginseng if you’re feeling depressed or need a bit of an energy boost, that will help. Meditation and yoga exercises are also beneficial for this.
Not only are natural and alternative medicine being used on humans, it is also being used to treat animals with illnesses such as cancer and parasites. I think over my years of practice, people have said to me out of all the treatments that they have tried, usually Reiki has been the best treatment for this. It works as a whole on the body. Usually meditation can also ease the pain. If you look at my meditations that I have put together for you on pain then you can see the improvement that this will instantly make on your life, your mind body and soul.
To heal yourself you only have to take a walk, visit the outside beauty of our natural forest, hills, beach etc. Fresh air wards off colds or illness, as long as you wrap up warm. A 30 min exercise or brisk walk improves cardiovascular health, which is good for the heart and blood flow.
There are also so many natural plants such as aloe or vegetation that can cure your body. The sun is also good for your skin as long as you use protection but 30 minutes in the sun can help produce vitamin D.
So great excuse to get out for a walk then!

Fruit teas are also a natural way for the body to heal itself, as you can get things such as green tea which is very good for clearing out the system. Echinacea is good for preventing a cold before it has begun.
I could think of many different ways and list many other ways to talk about making life simple and making life pain free.
By using some of this simple and effective ways for keeping in good health on a daily way of living.
Imagine if we did do these things everyday, how great we would actually feel?
When I do my Reiki I will usually suggest a 21 day cleanse of using diet and doing the right things most people will often do this for longer as they feel less hungry and have loads of energy.
