AROMATHERAPY
This treatment is a whole body massage using therapeutic essential oils, which incorporates muscular, neural and energy pathway techniques to totally soothe and relax mind, body and spirit. Ending with a head, face and neck massage, a great way to let go into ultimate relaxation.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils, which are powerful plant extracts to treat specific conditions affecting the mind, body, emotions or spirit. Each oil has many different therapeutic properties, these may include being antibacterial or anti-inflammatory. Some oils are beneficial for relaxation and reducing stress or PMS.
The oils work by absorbing into the skin. Then gets into the blood stream healing internally.

Massage is individually tailored to meet each client’s individual needs and uses of essential oils best suited to them. It can take the form of a very gentle session, which aids relaxation and helps the body to re balance. The body best heals itself when it is relaxed and asleep. Aromatherapy is based around this principle. Alternatively it may be more vigorous and use deep muscle work to release muscle tension and knots and increase joint flexibility. Another use may be to help tone and detoxify the body stimulating lymphatic drainage.

SWEDISH MASSAGE
This is a body massage that works the muscles and releases knots carrying tension simulates lymphatic drainage, detoxification and breaks down cellulite. An excellent all over body workout, that works on joint mobilisation. Leaves you refreshed and rejuvenated. This treatment combines warming strokes and special kneading techniques, which manipulate soft muscle tissue.

Uses 'tapotment' which means to strike the body (not as drastic as it sounds) this is done in a safe and therapeutic way using hacking and cupping techniques. Which are especially good for breaking down excess fat and lactic acid and relieving muscle tension, which can form as knots.
Treating the arms, legs, back, shoulders, abdomen, chest and neck to promote physical health and a psychological sense of well-being. The therapeutic effects and benefits can last for days!

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology dates back to over 5000 years ago and was used by the Egyptians and Chinese to promote overall health. It works on the principle that the feet have reflex points that relate to all the organs, glands and parts of the body.
A balancing treatment working on pressure points in the feet that correspond to our systems, and governs the body, Helps to restore a natural state of health, elevates healing, bringing the whole body into harmony. Reflexology helps to restore the body's natural equilibrium. Reflexology is suitable for a wide range of acute or chronic conditions, promoting relaxation and relieving stress.

REIKI
A Reiki treatment lasts from 20 minutes to 1 hour. Clients remain fully clothed throughout, and are usually asked to lie down, so it is advisable to wear loose and comfortable clothing. You may feel heat, coldness or tingling on the areas being treated and may see colours or images which has been reported.
After a treatment you will feel energised or deeply relaxed and may possibly sleep during. This is a part of the body's natural healing process.
Reiki is used in most other therapy's this day's before the beginning of any treatment.
It works on the subconscious mind, that needs healing. The reason Reiki is effective because you are channelling into energy paths of a person and removing unwanted waste. It gives back what we know longer need to the universe.
Reiki does not just cover one area it covers the body as a whole. Energy is sent to these places to heal other unyielding problems. That may be effecting the body's functioning. Reiki is complex and is one of those treatments you have to experience to fully understand it and feel the way in which it works.

CHAKRA BALANCING
This balances the seven major energy centres or Chakras in the body, using crystals or hand movements over each of the Chakras. This is quick and can be combined with other treatments such as massage or Reiki.
Each Chakra corresponds to a specific part of the body systems. It is common for people to have blockages in one or more of the Chakras. Which can slow them down and restricts energy movements through them which has a knock on effect for the rest of the body and your overall energy levels. This treatment can be done fully clothed and clients are asked to lie down.

INDIAN NATURAL FACE LIFT
This works on the 3 higher Chakra energy points. The face has reflex zones. Works by reliving stuck connective tissues that build up tension over the years, which contribute and create lines, wrinkles through bad habits such as sunbathing, alcohol, poor diet exercise, smoking etc. These all lead to problems that create poor skin where the face builds up tension, where the muscles tightens and blocks the blood flow.
With the face-lift massage it works on acupressure points that stimulate the blood flow. Certain movements work on ex-foliating the skin. Getting rid of unwanted dead skin cells, which then help nourish the skin. Then on a deeper level moves and techniques work by getting into creases, helping improve the tone of the skin and gives the face a youthful appearance. The massage is as it suggests ‘a lift’ but without the plastic surgery or expensive creams you purchase in the shops.
Best thing about this massage is you need about 6 treatments weekly possibly less, depends on condition and then monthly visits to follow.
You don't have to go to painful measures like with Botox or to the extreme with a knife. In this natural face-lift, this massage has a lot of health benefits that go with it as well and great for headaches, poor skin and sinus problems to. Personally it is one of my favourites and you can’t help but drift of.

ACUPUNCTURE / ACUPRESSURE
Works with the meridians that govern the system. Finger and thumb techniques are used It is the same method that is used with Acupuncture.
It works by stimulating chi and blockages within the blood flow. It works on most conditions including smoking cessation and many other common ailments.
You may experience slight bruising, which should disappear after 48 hours. Bruising  is due to blood that has been blocked for a while and is now flowing more freely.

KINESIOLOGY
Works on a Reiki and tolerance testing basis. With Kinesiology you can find out if your body is out of balance or test for food intolerance. The raising of the arms and legs are used. Brilliant tests are performed. Basically the general idea is that if you have a problem somewhere, No matter how hard you try to resist the mobilisation process in this tests, the arm will automatically drop down. If there are no problems the arm for example will stay where it is. It is very interesting and fascinating too.

DEEP TISSUE / SPORTS REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Joint mobilisation techniques are used, which help stretch out the muscles, improve flexibility and the range of motions that you can use at home. To stretch out the stiff knots and muscle groups. Trigger points are located in this treatment also, which works on a deep scale and targets the pain directly. Is not a relaxing treatment, it is very good for chronic pain symptoms after the body has suffered some kind of trauma. You may feel light-headed after this treatment and is advisable to drink a pint of water before the beginning of a treatment. Counteracting techniques are used to make it more comfortable for you.

KOREAN HAND AND FOOT MASSAGE
The hands and feet have reflex zones that govern the body. The hand works on the body's skeletal system so if you have a pain in your neck for example, this can be sorted out from the hands. It is excellent for those that are new to massage. Many health benefits come from acupressure points and from having a Swedish massage done via your hands and feet. The same principles are used as reflexology. The eye area is massage and can help with puffy eyes. An infusion of green tea is placed over the eyes to help bags. Chickpea flour is used, to get rid of dead skin on the feet.

OSTEOPATH/ PHYSIO/ CHIROPRACTOR
These 3 specialists work on ‘clicking bones’ and manipulation of the body's structure and flexibility. It is suitable after traumas to the body and works on the skeletal system of the body.

PILATE'S / YOGA / TAI CHI
These exercises work on naturally ‘clicking’ the body, restoring flexibility and mobilisation in the core of the body. Gentle stretching exercises help tone, improve posture and put the body back into alignment. I believe the body should naturally ‘click’ and not be forced. Massage works on the same principles. These are great exercises for people to try out with back problems etc. Tai Chi is a slow non-impact exercise that uses the principles of martial arts so you can learn defence skills at the same time. These exercises are for people of all ages.
