CHAKRAS

The body can sometimes come out of balance and using (colour therapy) or Crystals (see my meaning of crystals) You can use visualization on the colours (See meditation for balancing the Chakras).
The body has an energy field that surrounds us, in which subtle energy's vibrate on different wavelengths and frequencies in the energy of our physical body.
It can be felt when someone enters your space. You may feel uncomfortable.
This is known as your aura.

Auras vary in size, density and colour, but the overall size, shape and vibrancy as an indication of your state of health and mind set.
The aura can be visualised as seven layers of light. Each colour has a special function. The energy enters and leaves the body through the Chakras that run in line from your crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus through to your genital area. It moves along the energy channels known as: Meridians or Nadirs.

THE SUBTLE BODY'S

1. Ethernet body closest to the physical body. Provides a blueprint for the physical body's and its organs.

2. Emotional body the seat of emotions.

3. Mental body, mental thought ideas and day-to-day concerns.

4. Astral body represents the personality.

5. Casual body: seat of will power and gateway to higher consciousness fulfilment of personal destiny.

6. Celestial Soul body: Spiritual essence. Sometimes referred to as the higher self.

7. Illuminating spiritual body. The highest and most refined level where we become one with the source of love and healing.

These are the one that can be felt when someone is down and you can sense it or when someone comes to near us.

CHAKRAS

The Chakras run from crown to root (see my diagram above) for the Chakra colours and you can find out more info in the meditation column.

*7th Chakra* - The meaning of the crown Chakra and can be seen in a dark deep purple. Stimulates perception and intuition, maintenance and the overall balance of the systems.
*6th Chakra* - The Brow Chakra known as the Third eye can be seen in deep purple slightly lighter. It is concerned with understanding and mental organization.
*5th Chakra* - The Throat Chakra can be seen in blue. Governs communication expression and the flow of information.
*4th Chakra* - The Heart Chakra can be seen in green. It governs relationships, personal development, judgement and compassion.
*3rd Chakra* - The Solar Plexus Chakra can be seen in yellow is link to self-confidence, as well as personal power. When you are talking to someone say like a negative situation you can hold your hand over the spot and it stops it reflecting onto you.
*2nd Chakra* - The Sacral Chakra can be seen in orange. It governs creates sexual drive, passion and creativity.
*1st Chakra* - The Root Chakra can be seen in red. It is seen as physical survival energy distribution and practicality.
