DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS
The stomach can mostly become unwell in causing symptoms such as IBS, Crohns disease and constipation. Not absorbing food correctly causes a range of different problems and ailments that cause nasty illnesses. The thing is, this can all be changed by exercise or eating the right food. They show their imbalances due to stress, antibiotics, food intolerance's and toxic overload.
Avoid alcohol and processed foods that irritate the gut.
You should avoid spicy foods however Ginger can help relive symptoms but only use 3 x a week if you have digestive problems. If you don't then you can drink as many times as you like!
Avoid caffeine.
The thing with most stomach complaints is it can be sorted via herbal route.
There is massage, acupuncture, herbal medicine, foods, oils, Bach flower remedies that you will find does the trick.
Drinking chamomile tea or rose tea helps the digestive tract.
Avoid dairy, fruit juices spice, water make sure it is boiled then cooled down.
There are many symptoms and types of digestive problems and lots of remedies that can last longer, herbal in my opinion is the best, and you can take on a long-term basis and that has other health benefits too.
You can take the potion, drink it, eat the correct things, regularly to avoid any long-term complications.
For a healthy digestive system, do try to avoid pasta and always try to go for the whole-wheat varieties on most products including bread. Some vegetables are known to affect the stomach things such as onions, garlic, leeks, cabbage are usually the common culprits. Writing a list of foods and how you feel after them helps find which one's affected you.
Constipation:
Is caused by inadequate fluid intake and sedentary lifestyle. Eat fibre, drink water and exercise.
Avoid beans, cabbage, Brussels sprouts.
Eat live yoghurt and bananas
Drink some prune juice or eat figs and dates. All bran.
Irritable Bowel syndrome (IBS):
Try drinking apple juice or grated apple in hot water for any upset.
Avoid wheat bran particularly in breakfast, lentils and beans.
IBS may be linked to other food intolerance's.
Linseed can help with most of these problems.
Diarrhoea:
Avoid food for 24 hours, drink lots of water, The next day eat bread that's dry or crackers, The next day try yourself on some chicken and rice. The 4th day try to eat a normal diet that is healthy and balanced to let the stomach settle.
