• Take of your shoes and put your bare feet into the cool water. Feel the water against your skin.
• Run your hands over the grass and the riverside plants feel there different textures and shapes.
• Put your feet onto the riverside plants.
• Put your feet on the river bottom, Feel the plants growing small, Feel the pebbles and the sharpness of the stones.
• Sit for a while absorbing all these different textures and the atmosphere of the riverbanks.
• Feel the movement of the water flowing making splashing and tranquil sounds. When you are ready take your feet out of the water. Feel the air against your wet feet
• Bring yourself back into the room
Your hands will be on your partners’ head. You can both do this meditation and sometimes you can visualise with practice, what that person is thinking and sensing. The beauty of senses meditation you can do with almost anything you can picture yourself in a strawberry field smelling all those summer fruits.
