PROBLEM SOLVING MEDITATION
• Send your body into relaxation from your head to your toes.
• Look at your problem. This does not mean you worry about your problem. Just simply examine it from a detached perspective, as if it belongs to someone else. Acknowledge that you need to find a solution for it, and ask your higher self for help with this.
• Hand your problem over consciously releasing your problem. Imagine that it encapsulated in a bubble of light, like a balloon and let go of it. Watch it float away from you and disappear into the distance.
• Now begin to meditate and keep your focus on this. When thoughts arise, let them pass without giving energy to them.
• Whichever meditation you choose to do at this time allow your self to focus fully on it.
• In this space your problem does not exist. Slip deeper into yourself and feel the sense of freedom that this brings to you. You are bigger then any problems.
• Any worries or anxieties releasing.
• You are moving into the realm of effortless being and doing. It has no meaning during your meditation.
• When you are ready to return back gently bring yourself back from your deep meditation. Remain still and sit quietly for a few minutes without focusing your attention back on your problem.
• Allow the solution focus on other things and then go to sleep. When you wake in the morning or over the next few days the solution to your problem will come to you.
The thing about this meditation you can use it even if you have that annoying thing of not being able to find your car keys or something. At the end of it where there is a problem there are also many solutions to them.
You just need to focus and deal with it.
Relaxing your mind to relinquish all thoughts of a problem you need to solve are the first steps to finding an answer.
