CONFIDENCE MEDITATION
Over the next 20 minutes I am going to be your guide in your meditation. If you can give your self this time, then we can begin this magical journey by relaxing and unwinding. You really deserve this time to yourself.
Now take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth,
I would like you to put aside any cares and concerns that you may have, do you find your thoughts jumping from this to that?
Now bring your thoughts forward and put it to one side and promise to return to it at some point, remember that you will have ample chance to deal with it after this meditation, put the problem to the back of your thoughts.
Now make a clearing and get rid of them one by one as you relax further and as you drift deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Your feelings turning into clarity, You feel at peace in this tranquil serenity you are getting more tired and you feel your eyes relaxing and the frowning within your face releasing the tension. As you relax and unwind.
Feel your torso rise, as your breathing expands fully out and in.
Go deeper and deeply relaxing into a deep state of consciousness.
• You are standing in an art gallery, the picture you see there is yourself. You are wearing a blue scarf and surrounded by a blue crystal.
• You see the white light that is above your head, in this amazing picture that fascinates and mesmerises you.
• You touch the picture, as you do it sucks you inside
• You see the different details ranging from the shapes and textures of the caves that you are now standing in. The blueness of the caves sparkling crystal.
• As you pluck up the courage to move down the caves stairs, you notice how beautiful this place is and you soon become at home with it.
• As you walk down the stairs you hear a cascading of water
• The water takes you into its stream of flowing, sparkling water. It takes you in its arms, moving down to the bottom
• You feel no fear just comfort and relaxation from it.
• You are now in a pool of water bubbling with warmth as the water cleanses you from the inside and out, A voice echoes in the caves
• “What is it you would like to change from your self?”
• “What are your needs? ”
• “What is it that you need to become more confident?”
• “Perhaps it is the needs of a certain goal or the removal of something that you dislike about your self?”
• What ever comes to mind that you can think of?
• “Only you alone can change this”
• “Imagine what it would be like to be confident?” take your time to imagine this
• Notice how happy you feel as this wave of excitement rushes over you.
• Anything is possible in life, next time you feel un-confident imagine how you felt during the process of this meditation.
• Be reminded of being at ease with your self, every time you experience these needs, there maybe other ways you can find to be satisfied.
• For a moment enjoy the pools of water that drip from the crystals caves,
• You see the sun coming over from the tops of the caves, and now because this place is a part of you.
• You will start to appreciate all that you are and at ease, and peace with yourself.
Repeat with me:
• I am special
• I am confident
• I have lots to listen to
• I will respect others and myself
• I believe in myself.
• As the sun travels in, it picks you up, rising you to the top of the caves and is taking you back to the here and now and bringing you back into reality
• Be ready to return as you travel with the glow from the sun, its bright light heals your body throughout.
• Enjoy this as you feel the heat and warmth from it's powerful rays.
• You find yourself back into the gallery and it is time to leave, Walk through the doors it is time to go now.
• You notice that you are now wearing the blue scarf, and hat, you reach into the pocket of the coat and notice you now have a blue crystal that sculptures what you have seen. You have learnt a lot about yourself.
• Be positive and full of confidence.
• You now start taking note of your breathing.
• As you walk down the galleries stairs 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2, 1.
• You are now fully awake, take a big stretch and place your feet and hands firmly on the ground.
• You may want to sit here for a while as you return to hear and now.
