CLOUD VISUALISATION
• Imagine you are in the middle of the woods on a warm summer's day. The light is dappled and the shade of the trees gives of a cool and comfortable breeze.
• Take a while to make the scene feel as real as possible
• See, smell and feel the texture of the trees, smell the flowers beautiful aroma of a warm summers day and how green the grass is. You feel the earth beneath your feet.
• As you slowly take a walk through the tranquil and peaceful woodland and can feel the breeze coming through the trees and the warmth of the sunlight.
• Now visualize yourself standing on the bank, of a small lake that shimmers with dazzling lights shining on the surface of the water.
• You decide to put your feet in the water and can feel the soft muddy ground beneath your feet, and can smell the dampened earth.
• As you look out across the lake you can see a mist rising slowly from its surface.
• The mist moves towards you and it gradually surrounds your body.
• As it swirls and twists around and around .You notice how comforting it feels. You feel Supported by its gentle breeze. Notice you are becoming part of the mist particles.
• Your body feels lighter and lighter as if you are floating.
• You and the mist are together as one.
• You are becoming a loose collection of molecules drifting higher and higher into the sky.
• You can see the earth below as you rise higher into the sky.
• You are spreading out and becoming a soft light cloud.
• Feel the tiny atoms of your body that is cloud, you are now a part of this
• Enjoy the weightlessness and freedom as you drift along the clouds.
• Feel the energy of the sky, and the rays of the sun, Relax and enjoy the serenity
• Now looking down at the earth you see the woods and the lake beneath. As you look down you see a figure standing near the lake. The figure there is you.
• You are aware that your body is becoming heavier as the cloud condenses over and it starts to rain in the distance.
• You can see tiny rainbows glowing through your body as raindrops.
• Gently you start to fall with the rain and. You land to the ground gently.
• As you reach the water, you feel yourself forming into a light mist floating on the surface, slowly you float across to the figure standing by the shore and you slowly return back to your body as you.
• You are now back to yourself standing back on the bank lake. It is time to go leave.
• So you stand and start walking back through the woodlands, the rain has now stopped, as the sun starts shinning through and you are now dry. As you continue your journey back into everyday life.
• When you are ready, start by taking a few deep breaths bring yourself back into the here and now. You feel energized, up-lifted, refreshed, renewed and full of light as you come become aware of your senses.
• 3,2,1, Now open your eyes you are now back. You may want to sit here for a while and take a big stretch.
