MEDITATION BENEFITS
I am going to tell you how you use meditation. On the other links, you will see that I have also added some meditation for you to try out in the comfort of your own home.
Meditation is brilliant for your mind, body and intuition. It is starting to become more recognised by society and health chefs. It is now proven that it helps people with anxiety and stress related illness. During meditation, blood pressure stayed at ‘low levels’ but fell remarkably in a person starting meditation with abnormally higher levels.
The finding was that though meditation is primarily a mental technique, it soon brings significantly improved muscle relaxation.
Meditation reduces activity in the nervous system. The parasympathetic branch of the autonomic or involuntary nervous system predominates. This is the branch responsible for calming us.
During anxiety and tension states there is a rise in the level of lactate in the blood. Lactate is a substance produced by metabolism in the skeletal muscles. During meditation blood lactate levels decreased at a rate four times faster than the rate of decrease in non-mediators resting lying on their backs or in the mediators themselves in pre-meditation resting.
The likely reason for the dramatic reduction Lactate production in the body is mainly in skeletal muscle tissue; during meditation the faster circulation brings a faster delivery of oxygen to the muscles and less lactate is produced.
Meditation can help with positive thinking and outlooks to day-to-day life, and gives a great pain relive. I feel the reason for this is because when you do meditation it helps you with visualising where the pain is and by simply using breathing techniques the pain relives itself naturally to me I feel the mind is one of the most powerful tools that we have.
If you think positive your illness or pain seems to get better.
With the mind you can tell yourself that you are confident in the mirror and it seems to work. I know as I used to lack in this. If someone tells you, “You are a failure in something 9 times out of 10 you could be”
The best thing about meditation is, that anyone can do it and is very beneficial to your well-being and state of health. It is safe and simple to use.
The key is to be relaxed and focus on your breathing, to clear any problems before you begin as this will block it. Try your best at visualisation but however don't be put of because within time your technique will become clearer and transparent.
You will fill relaxed and at peace during your 20 to 30 minutes sedative journey by yourself. If you want to come out of the hypnosis status it is as simple as opening your eyes.
I hope you will enjoy some of the meditation techniques that I have put together for you totally free. Why not see the benefits yourself.
I do also have guided CD’s covering the meditations that you find on this site, with beautiful music. This will enable you to concentrate on a deeper level. Why not give it a go and enjoy the peace and tranquillity!!!
