GROUNDING YOURSELF
 
You can use this method at the beginning of a treatment, or you can do it 2-3 times a day. Grounding yourself enables you to feel focused and not pick up on anyone else's negativity.
To connect visualize roots and soil, try to feel this beneath your feet. Visualizing a blue bubble that surrounds you. Take this time to focus on any problems as you breathe out inhaling and exhaling in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you do this raise your arms on the out breath and inhale as you bring your arms back down. Slowly rise to the problems to the top of your blue bubble.

This clears your space so you can concentrate on the power of the mind rather than stressful and negative, or possibly the work ahead.
Do this 3 times, breathing in and out and visualise the above.

At this point visualize a bright white light or a sword running deep into your crown Chakra.
Now visualise all three the Soil, Blue Bubble and Golden Light and yourself standing there, with your feet bedding into the soil.
 
The blue bubble is your aura.
The light or sword that is golden or white is for clear insight. Connects you in with the universe.
The soil is for the earth to give back any negativity, helping you feel more positive for the day ahead.
