Bad Back cures
You have not tried everything for your back until you have read this.

• Pasta

• Cheddar Cheeses
• Snack Foods
• Oils such as vegetable and corn
• Soda, caffeine and alcohol

• Water is a Must your bones may hurt because you are dehydrated and loose salts from our body
• Green Tea
• Camomile tea
• Fresh smoothies get as much fruit into your diet
• Try drinking and blend do this everyday

2 teaspoons of Apple cider vinegar

• Vitamin C
• Vitamin B

• Ibuprofen when your back is really bad try taking this 3 x a day for 3 days just to ease the spasms

• Ginger oil can ease back pain. Blend 1 tablespoon sweet oil, 4 drops wintergreen, 4 drops cardamom and 4 drops ginger oil to make a soothing massage oil.

• Get back supports or braces for your back
