How to stretch your Biceps 

  • Have a massage Deep tissue / Myofasia
  • Clasp your hands behind your back hold for 15 seconds
  • Get a towel but if you can with the opposite hands try and grasp them so one hand behind the shoulder and one hand waists height
  • Raising your hand behind your shoulder with opposite hand push elbow down
  • On a door frame  put hand and twist in opposite direction
